The apartment in the Finca Klara is a small detached guesthouse with approx. 90 sqm living space and offers space for up to 2 people. The apartment has a living and dining room with open kitchen as well as a terrace to the pool with sea view. A spacious bedroom with a terrace that cannot be seen from outside.

The apartment is with heating, air conditioning and complete kitchen equipment the perfect place for your holiday on the Costa Blanca between Javea and Moraira. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The indicated price is for the apartment/night. We accept bookings for max. 2 persons. Breakfast cannot be booked!

Children and extra beds
Children cannot be accommodated in the hotel. There is no room for an extra bed in these rooms.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% is required when booking. The balance will be paid in cash on arrival.

Parking facilities
Parking spaces are available free of charge at the accommodation. No garage but on the plot.

Minimum stay
7 Nights, Bookable 3 days prior to departure

Pets are not allowed.

Double bed room

The beautiful finca offers 4 beautiful, bright and modern double rooms (24 sqm) with queen size beds. All rooms have a small terrace with sea or garden view, as well as direct access to the courtyard of the finca and the pool. Two of the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette.

Each of the double rooms is stylishly and modernly furnished and has a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
